Quality is our top priority, and we strive to provide exceptional service to our customers. If there is any kind of miscommunication or dispute that has led to any form of dissatisfaction please let us know and we will do our best to address the issue before you leave the salon.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift cards (even when lost, misplaced or stolen). Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or be extended beyond the expiration date. All service and gift card sales are final.
Appointments will be held for 15 minutes, after this grace period has passed we will consider you a “NO SHOW”. This may result in your appointment being rescheduled for a later date or time. Please note that if the technician has other appointments scheduled for the day your late arrival may require adjustments to your appointment. For example, this can result in a shortended service time or reduced number of services in respect of other client’s appointments.
We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow extra time to find parking and check in with the front desk. If it is your first time with us you may be asked to create a profile to recieve benefits and earn points with us.
We regret to inform you that we are not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of personal articles or items. Please keep an eye on your personal belongings while receiving salon services.
Our goal is to provide total relaxtion for you and our other clients. We request that children who are not receiving a service be supervised by an adult in our waiting area. Due to limited space, we can not accomidate clients with strollers. We appologize in advance for any inconvinience this may cause.
To ensure complete relaxation for all of our clients we request that you turn off your speaker phone while recieving services. We thank you for your understanding!
